Jeffrey Egan is a Managing Director of ShoreBridge Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to joining ShoreBridge, Mr. Egan was a Partner and Managing Director at RS Investments, a privately owned investment boutique based in the Bay Area. There he represented long/short equity, health care venture capital and global quantitative products to an institutional investor base including endowments and foundations, corporate and public pensions. At RS, Mr. Egan was responsible for the growth of the institutional business throughout the Americas.

Previously, he was a Managing Director at HSBC Global Asset Management and Co-Head of Business Development for the USA. During his time at HSBC, Mr. Egan opened the first asset management office in Chicago and provided offshore debt, equity and alternative investment solutions to a wide investor base, including multinational companies, public pensions, endowments and investment platforms.

Before joining HSBC, Mr. Egan was a Senior Vice President at BMO - Harris in Chicago, responsible for business development. There, he helped lead an effort across the organization to provide family office, endowment/foundation and high net worth clients, with multiple investment solutions including access to private equity and hedge fund opportunities.

Mr. Egan followed former colleagues to join what was then Chase Manhattan Global Asset Management. During this time, he provided customized investment solutions to private bank, endowments and large corporate relationships across the country. Soon following, he was selected to co-lead a client relationship team working with specific family office, endowment and private clients.

Mr. Egan began his career trading short-term fixed income and building investment portfolios at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Asset Management, working with institutional clients of the firm.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University, where he also played Division 1 baseball, and completed post-graduate work in wealth strategy and financial planning at Northwestern University. Mr. Egan is actively involved with multiple organizations in the community. He serves on the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees for Econ Illinois and 360 Youth Services – both serve disadvantaged and at-risk youth. Mr. Egan enjoys coaching youth sports, and is a finisher of the New York City Marathon, Chicago Triathlon and Naperville Marathon. His wife Sara and he live in Naperville with their dog and three children.

Mr. Egan currently holds Series 63 registration in addition to FINRA Series 7 registration.
